My main areas of work are:self esteem, confidence, stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement & loss, working with survivors of abuse, trauma & PTSD. I am a clinical specialist in the field of alcoholism & addiction, often called upon to advise on complex cases. I offer a safe & confidential environment in which we can explore, understand and accept thoughts, feelings and emotions without judgement. Sessions, usually take place weekly, on either on a short-term or open-ended basis. I run face to face clinics in London regularly but also offer sessions predominantly online I utilise Teams. Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or What’s App. This has allowed a great deal more flexibility, allowing clients to access sessions wherever they are nationally or globally.

Tricia Collins
I am a qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor (Adv Dip Couns) and a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. In addition to working in a variety of community based counselling establishments, I have extensive experience in the Mental Health Sector and the Criminal Justice System.
Counselling is an opportunity for you to explore and express thoughts and feelings that may cause disruption or negativity in your life. Sessions take place in a safe, supportive and confidential environment, providing you with a space to enhance your self awareness, improve your well-being and find ways to cope with the pressures of life. Or simply to talk to someone and to be listened to.
We can focus on past experiences, present day events and the future. I am here to encourage, empower and facilitate you on your journey, not to pass judgement. I believe that everyone regardless of their difficulties or backgrounds, has the ability to reach their full potential.
I offer short and long term counselling in the following areas: Bereavement and Loss, Stress and Depression, Eating Disorders, Relationship breakdowns, Substance Misuse and other areas. Sessions also take place on a Saturday (concessions available).
